Death Cafe
A Death Cafe is a group-directed discussion about death in a safe, confidential, and relaxed setting, where participants share their thoughts, fears, and questions while enjoying cake and tea. The program aims to normalize conversations around mortality, reduce the stigma and anxiety associated with death, and help people make the most of their lives by openly discussing its finite nature. There is no agenda, no set theme, and it is not a grief support or counseling group.
